I cancelled my membership with them because not only do they have horrible customer service, their movies were never delivered in a timely fashion, sometimes taking days before they would ship the next movie.I always returned all my movies and now that I cancelled, suddenly they charge me for 2 movies unreturned.

All my movies were returned, I'm guessing their processes are so inefficient that they probably couldn't match the returned movies to my closed account. In any case, I did return the movies so why should I be responsible for their charges?

I find them despicable and I'll be disputing those charges.I'll never deal with this dying company again.

Monetary Loss: $44.
